Xzense

With an Xzense control (in conjunction with an exodraft chimney fan system), you obtain full control of your fireplace and maximum comfort.

No more hassle when lighting and refueling your fireplace. With the click of a button, either on the Xzense itself or on your phone (via the dedicated Xzense app), you get a perfect ”flame picture” in your fireplace. This is regardless of outside temperature, air pressure, wind speed, wind direction and other weather and seasonal factors that influence the chimney draught and thus the workings of the fireplace.

Additional benefits are less smoke spillage, better and cleaner combustion, more efficient fuel economy and faster heating. In other words, Xzense makes sense

EFC21 controller

EFC21

The control EFC21 was developed for gas fireplaces that are connected to an exodraft chimney fan.

The control monitors the failsafe function and if there is not sufficient chimney draft, the EFC21 stops the gas supply to the fireplace. This is to ensure that no gas enters the room.

When the EFC21 is activated, the chimney fan runs at full speed. If the flowmeter confirms that the chimney draft is sufficient, then the fireplace can be lit and the speed of the chimney fan can be regulated to a pre-set value.

  • Developed for gas fire places
  • Monitors the failsafe function

ech20 control

EHC20

The EHC20 is a SMART heat recovery device for your exodraft. If the temperature surpasses the intended water side level, the EHC20’s heat recovery unit opens the secondary flow valve and directs the flue vapor/gas toward the chimney.

As such, overheating is ceased, thereby ensuring safe operation.

The EHC20 also regulates a 3-way mixing valve in order to maintain circulation toward the collection tank, which happens when the water has achieved the intended temperature.

If the water hasn’t reached the intended temperature, the heat exchanger recirculates until the intended temperature is achieved.
